Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight and your destination. We ship within the United States.
- Small & standard parcel — ships via UPS, USPS or FedEx, typically within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.
- Heavy & oversize — larger equipment may ship freight or be offered for local pickup.
- Freight / quote required — some items are quoted individually; we'll confirm before your order ships.
- Local pickup — available by appointment in the Skiatook / Tulsa, Oklahoma area on eligible items.
Returns
We want you to buy with confidence. Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.
- Buyer pays return shipping; the original purchase price is refunded.
- Serial numbers may be recorded to confirm the returned item.
- Items sold “for parts or repair,” “as-is,” or opened consumables may have limited or no return eligibility, as noted on the listing.
