Where our inventory comes from

Inventory is acquired through government auctions, business surplus, liquidations and other secondary-market channels. That means our catalog is always changing — and often includes items that are hard to find new, discontinued, or available only in limited quantity.

How we describe it

Items are inspected and tested when practical, photographed individually, and described based on their actual observed condition. Every listing states whether an item is new, open box, used, tested, partially tested or untested. Known defects and missing components are disclosed. If we don't know something, we say so.

Every item carries a Ledger & Lot inventory ID that ties it back to its acquisition and inspection record — so what you see on the page reflects the specific unit you'll receive.
