Product descriptions
We describe each item as accurately as we can, including condition, testing status, and known defects. Because our inventory is sourced from surplus and secondary markets, items are sold on the terms stated in each listing. Where an item is sold “for parts or repair” or “as-is,” those terms control.
Pricing & availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Because many items are one-of-a-kind or limited quantity, availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by them.
Orders & payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ledger & Lot's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
