Return Policy

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
- The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.
- Original included components and packaging should be returned where practical.
- Serial numbers may be recorded and verified on return.
Refunds & shipping
- The original purchase price is refunded once the return is received and inspected.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was not as described.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of inspection.
Exceptions
- Items sold “for parts or repair” or “as-is” are final sale unless materially not as described.
- Opened consumables (such as toner) may not be eligible for return once opened.
- Items damaged in transit should be reported promptly for a carrier claim.
